Increase education and awareness about the hidden epidemic of addiction in our communities by providing a Bridge to Recovery for improved outcomes in recovery and a new beginning.
To assist families and their loved ones suffering from the disease of addiction with Intervention and Resources to support the journey toward a successful recovery.
Bridgeway to Recovery began with a simple idea: Every person is unique, every family should be respected, and everyone deserves the chance for a better life.
Pam Feinberg-Rivkin, RN, BSN, CCM, CRRN, ABDA, and member of the independent interventionist group, personally handles every call for our company. Pam understands that this is a very difficult time . The burden of addiction has touched each and every person in some way. Bridgeway to Recovery is a natural extension that supports the need for greater involvement in intervention and recovery for those families who are looking for answers. By bringing her knowledge of health advocacy and care coordination into substance abuse, Pam offers a tremendous depth of knowledge to draw from.
In 1996, Pam Feinberg-Rivkin founded Feinberg Consulting, Inc. a Case Management firm in Michigan for individuals who sustained catastrophic injuries. Feinberg Consulting, Inc. then expanded to coordinate services for people with special health care issues related to aging, injuries, and developmental, acquired or mental health disabilities. As a Registered Nurse since 1977, with a Bachelors Degree in Nursing, Certified Case Manager, Certified Rehabilitation Nurse, and Senior Disability Analyst, Pam has vast health care experience beyond drug and alcohol intervention that includes medical and mental health disorders, aging/geriatric needs, developmental disabilities, and trauma with rehabilitation needs.
Pam developed a mentorship/educational program to provide Case Management training and education for Registered Nurses and Social Workers to further enhance the Case Management profession and ensure the highest quality of Case Management services. In addition to providing direct Case Management, she has provided ongoing mentorship and education to over 50 nurses and social workers. Additionally, Pam began providing Case Management services in Florida and Texas to include continued mentorship and education to nurses and social workers in those states.
